About the spam analysis beta period

For the next few weeks, our spam analysis service will be in beta. We don't usually release products until they're completely finished, but in this case we need lots of customers using the system whilst we perfect it.

We'll be constantly improving the information about why your email was filtered as spam, and what you can do to improve the situation. As more of our customers begin using the spam analysis service, we're working hard behind the scenes to write the most helpful explanations that we can. As the system tests more emails, we're noticing the most common problems, and focussing our attention on what advice we can give to help you solve them.

Once we're confident we've written helpful advice for the most common problems we'll remove the beta flag.

You should notice over the coming weeks that the spam analysis service improves every day, with fuller and more useful explanations.

We thank you in advance for your patience whilst we refine this part of Litmus to make it the best it can be.
