I had a SiteVista account, can I use Litmus?

Yes, absolutely. If you previously had a monthly or annual subscription to SiteVista, your account will have been migrated to Litmus for you - you don't need to do anything. You will have been sent an email welcoming you to Litmus, and giving you your log in details. If you don't have this email, or need a reminder, just email us.

Monthly and annual accounts will continue to be billed the exact same amount as they were previously under the SiteVista brand. There will be no changes to the cost of your account. This will remain the case for the lifetime of your subscription.

If you'd used SiteVista previously on one of our "day" or "week" plans your account will not have been moved as it would no longer have been active. If that's the case, just sign up for a Litmus account and you can start testing immediately.
