Using Campfire for live support chat 17 February
We're currently trying out using 37signals' new Campfire product as a way of providing support to you guys. If you have any questions about SiteVista before you buy, or if you're having any problems with your account, you can now click the live chat button on the right of every page. That'll connect you to our SiteVista chat room - no special software needed, it's all web-based - where David, Matt or I will be around to assist you and be generally friendly.
We're there throughout the working day (UK time), and may also be around some evenings. Remember, we're just trying it out as an idea - let us know if you find it useful and we'll keep it there permanantly.
